Professional Services
Liability related to client projects is governed exclusively by the signed agreement for that engagement. In the absence of a signed agreement, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Ready-made digital products are provided subject to their license terms. Deployment, compliance, and third-party integrations remain the purchaser's responsibility.
